Senior Volunteer Coordinator
Born and raised in Fairfax, VA, Christopher Dadoo embodies a deep commitment to service, inspired by his strong Indian heritage and Christian values. A passionate believer in the transformative power of education and financial empowerment, Christopher has dedicated his life to ensuring that young people — no matter their background — have access to the knowledge they need to build a better future.
In 2018, he traveled to rural India to oversee a food and eye clinic, marking the beginning of his journey in global humanitarian efforts. His travels to countries like Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Cuba have further deepened his understanding of critical issues such as water and sanitation, education, women and children's health, and social justice. Through each experience, one truth became clear: where education is absent, poverty persists — and financial literacy is one of the most powerful tools a young person can receive.
Driven by that conviction, Christopher developed a comprehensive financial literacy curriculum designed specifically for students in underprivileged communities. Rooted in his passion for both education and finance, the curriculum covers essential skills — budgeting, saving, investing, credit, and long-term planning — in formats that are practical, engaging, and built for real life. He has taken that curriculum into under-resourced schools firsthand, volunteering in classrooms to teach students who would otherwise have no formal exposure to financial education. For Christopher, this is not just a program — it is a direct expression of his belief that financial knowledge is a right, not a privilege, and that closing the opportunity gap begins one classroom at a time.
Currently pursuing higher education, Christopher aspires to make an even greater impact by leveraging his skills and knowledge to serve humanity — bringing the same spirit of dedication he has shown around the world to the communities right outside our door.
